Our placement service is completely free for you — the cost of hiring is covered by the employer, the German hospital, clinic or care home. You only pay external costs such as the language course, certified translation, the fee for recognition of your qualification (Anerkennung) and the visa, none of which is an agency charge. We follow the principles of ethical recruitment and never ask for a placement fee.

How long is the journey to a job in Germany
Honestly: the timeline depends mostly on your starting level of German — which is why we show two realistic scenarios.
Fastest path
You already have B2 German and a recognized (or easily recognizable) diploma
2-4 months- Assessment and application (1-2 weeks): free consultation, review of your documents and language level, and a clear plan.
- Document translation and diploma recognition (in parallel, 2-4 months): certified translation and submission are quick (weeks), but the authority officially takes up to 4 months to process (about 2 months via the employer-led accelerated procedure). It depends on the competent authority. This part depends on the German federal state and its processing speed.
- Finding an employer and interview (2-4 weeks): we connect you with hospitals, clinics, or care homes and prepare you for the online interview.
- Contract and visa (3-6 weeks): signing the employment contract and applying for the visa; the duration depends on the embassy and available appointments.
- Relocation and start of work (1-2 weeks): travel, accommodation, and your first weeks on the job with our support.
Note: assessment and diploma recognition usually run in parallel with the employer search, which shortens the total time. Some deadlines depend on the employer and the authorities and are not fully in our hands.
You are starting from scratch (A0/A1 German)
12-16 months- Assessment and application (1-2 weeks): free consultation, review of your diploma, and a language-learning plan tailored to you.
- Learning the language up to B2 level (9-12 months): general and medical German; this is the longest phase and the pace depends on your time and effort. With consistent work, B2 is realistically achievable within this period.
- Document translation and diploma recognition / Anerkennung (in parallel during the course, 2-4 months): we start the certified translation and the recognition application already during your language studies, so you don't lose time.
- Finding an employer and interview (1-2 months, usually toward the end of B2): connecting you with an employer and preparing for the online interview once your language level is sufficient.
- Contract and visa (1-1.5 months): signing the contract and applying for the visa; part of the timeline depends on the embassy.
- Relocation and start of work (2-4 weeks): travel, accommodation, and onboarding, with support even after you arrive.
Note: language learning, diploma recognition, and document preparation run in parallel, so the total journey does not add up linearly. Most of it depends on you (learning the language), and part on the employer and the authorities.

No. Many candidates start from zero — we organize German courses up to the level required for recognition (for medical professions usually B2, plus a specialist language exam), including medical terminology.
It depends on your starting language level and profession, but usually between 8 and 14 months from application to your first day of work.

For medical professionals, the recognition visa (§16d of the Residence Act) is most common — it allows you to stay while your diploma is being recognized (up to 24 months, extendable); once recognized, you switch to a work visa. We guide you through the entire process, including preparing the documents for the embassy.
For certain jobs, yes — the Western Balkans Regulation (§26 BeschV) lets citizens of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania take up employment without qualification recognition. However, this applies only to NON-regulated professions. Nurses, doctors, pharmacists and physiotherapists are regulated professions, so recognition (Anerkennung) remains mandatory for them — there is no shortcut, but we guide you through it end to end.
