How does the 90/180 rule work?
Western Balkans citizens (outside the EU) may stay a maximum of 90 days within any 180 consecutive days in the Schengen area, without a visa.
The 180-day window is 'rolling' — for each day you look back 180 days. Days become 'free' as older stays drop out of that window.
Both the entry day AND the exit day count as days of presence. Overstaying can result in a fine and an entry ban.
