1. Subject of these Terms
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the use of the website worldhealthcarerecruitment.net (hereinafter the "Website"), operated by World Healthcare Recruitment (hereinafter the "Agency", "we") — a recruitment agency for healthcare professionals from the former Yugoslav region seeking employment in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Website is primarily informational in nature and allows interested candidates to learn about the Agency's services and to express their interest in placement through the application form.
By accessing the Website and using its content, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. An application is not an employment contract
By completing and submitting the application form, you do not enter into an employment contract or any other binding agreement — neither with the Agency nor with any employer in Germany.
An application constitutes an expression of interest by the candidate and the start of a non-binding evaluation process. An employment relationship arises solely upon the signing of a separate employment contract directly between the candidate and the German employer (hospital, clinic, care facility, etc.), in accordance with German law.
3. No guarantee of employment
The Agency acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers in good faith and with professional care, but does not guarantee that any application will result in a job offer, employment, the issuance of a visa, or the recognition of a qualification.
The outcome of the process depends on numerous factors beyond the Agency's control, including the candidate's qualifications and language skills, employers' needs, decisions of the competent German authorities, and the applicable regulations.
For candidates, placement by the Agency is free of charge — the Agency's fee is paid by the employer. The candidate personally bears any external costs (language course, certified translation of documents, fees for the recognition of the diploma — Anerkennung, visa, and similar), which do not constitute a fee payable to the Agency.
4. Accuracy of information and informational content
We strive to keep all content on the Website, including the blog and guides, accurate and up to date. However, this content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, or any other professional advice.
Regulations concerning the recognition of foreign qualifications (Anerkennung), the issuance of visas, and residence and work permits are subject to frequent change and vary from case to case and from one federal state to another.
Before making any decision, be sure to verify the current information with the competent authorities (e.g., the relevant chambers and recognition bodies in Germany, German diplomatic and consular missions) or with the Agency as part of an individual consultation.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — texts, logo, name, graphics, photographs, design, and structure — is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned by the Agency or used under appropriate license.
Reproduction, distribution, publication, or any other commercial use of the content without the prior written consent of the Agency is not permitted. Ordinary personal, non-commercial use of the Website is allowed.
6. Limitation of liability
The Website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency shall not be liable for:
- any inaccuracies or incompleteness of the informational content;
- decisions made by the user in reliance on the Website's content;
- temporary unavailability of the Website or technical disruptions;
- the content of third-party websites to which the Website may link.
This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence).
7. Changes to the Terms
The Agency reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time. The amended Terms take effect upon their publication on the Website. The date of the most recent change is stated at the bottom of this document. We recommend that you review the current version of the Terms from time to time.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and their interpretation are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes that may arise from the use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Serbia, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
