World Healthcare Recruitment was founded by medical professionals who made the whole journey to a job and further training in Germany themselves — and decided to pass that first-hand experience on to their colleagues.
How it all began
As a doctor, I made the whole journey — from a diploma in the Balkans to a job and further training in Germany. That's why I share what I learned first-hand with my colleagues: by colleagues, for colleagues.
World Healthcare Recruitment wasn't founded by recruiters, but by medics. By people who made the whole journey themselves — learning German, diploma recognition, employment and further training in Germany — and decided to pass that experience on to their colleagues. By colleagues, for colleagues.
The founder is a doctor. He has worked both in the Balkans and in Germany and knows both sides: what German employers expect from medical staff, and what professionals from the Balkans expect from an employer. That's why we can bring together people and institutions that truly fit each other — and tell candidates and employers what experience has shown, not what sounds good.
For years we watched hard-working people — nurses, doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists and care workers — pay agencies for promises that were never kept and end up alone in a foreign country when they needed help most. That's why our placement is free for candidates: the employer covers the cost of recruitment, and the German course at our school is free.
Behind every application is a person with their own story, family and worries. So we don't process people in bulk or in a hurry, but give each one our full attention — from the first conversation, through German and diploma recognition, to the moment you settle into your new city. We tell the truth, even when it isn't what you'd most like to hear.

Transparency and free placement
For candidates, our service is completely free; the fee is paid by the employer. We tell you clearly what to expect, how long the process takes, and which external costs (certified translation, visa) you cover yourself — the German course at our own school is free, and the Anerkennung fee is paid by the employer. No hidden charges and no false promises.
Anerkennung expertise
Getting a diploma recognised is the most complex part of the journey to Germany. We know the procedures, the responsible authorities, and the requirements for each profession, so we guide you through the paperwork without detours or wasted time.
